How to Redeem Your GUA Solutions Credit
We hope you enjoyed and found value in attending the Graphics Users’ Association Conference in Orlando! As a reminder, for attending you receive a GUA special offer in the form of a credit that can be utilized towards the purchase of select Kodak products. Delegates from the same site, or from sister sites, may combine their credits and use up to three credits towards one purchase. A full list of products offered and eligible for solution credit is available on the product list tab of this web page. The credit must be redeemed by November 30, 2009.
You have three options to redeem your GUA credit:
1) Kodak Inside Sales team by calling 1-800-929-9209 or by emailing insidesales@kodak.com. They can provide you with assistance for ordering any of the products available on the GUA solution credit list.
2) Your local Kodak Field Sales representative
3) On-line through the new Kodak Workflow Order Form on eCentral (links to https://ecentral.kodak.com.) Although the order form doesn't include all items on the solution credit list, it is customized to your site. It lists the licensable products you own and the options available for those products. Once you complete your order you’ll receive a temporary license key you can use immediately. Up to three promotion codes can be used per order. New products are being added to the order form each week so check back often to see what’s available. The Workflow Order Form is only available to customers in the United States and Canada at this time.
Remember - all delegates, who registered for, and attended the GUA North American Conference 2009, will receive a credit towards the purchase of select Kodak products (list of products covered by this offer can be found on this site). This year Kodak is looking to make the credit even more valuable by extending it to cover products across the Kodak Graphics Portfolio including workflow, digital print, packaging, inkjet, etc...

The credit will be valid for a period of six months after the Conference end date, namely November 30, 2009.
Restrictions
- Conference credit will be awarded to confirmed Conference delegates only - you must attend the Conference to receive the value.
- Conference credits are non-transferable.
- All orders must be received by November 30th, 2009 – no exceptions.
- Spouses/Companions are not eligible to receive the Conference Credit.
- Conference credit may be applied only to purchases of certain qualifying products. A more detailed list will be provided in the near future.
- Conference credit has no cash value.
- This Conference Credit applies to the pre-tax total listed price of products on the Conference incentive list (will be provided) and does not include additional taxes, duties, shipping costs and customs charges.
- No discounts will be applied to any products not on this coming list for this special offer.
- Delivery time is not guaranteed.
